4. Purchase Transactions
All purchase transactions made through our site are subject to the following rules:

- Products are instantly added to your account after payment confirmation.
- If the product cannot be delivered due to a technical issue, the payment will be refunded.

5. Delivery Policy
Our digital products are delivered immediately after your payment is confirmed:
- Under normal conditions, delivery time is 1-5 minutes.
- Delivery may take up to 30 minutes during peak times.
- If your product is not delivered within 1 hour, please contact our support team.
- Products are automatically added to your game account.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not made except in the following cases:
- If the product has not been delivered (within 1 hour)
- If the product does not meet the described features
- If the wrong product was delivered due to a technical error
- If the payment transaction occurred incorrectly
Important: After the product is delivered, no refunds will be made due to user error (wrong account information, in-game usage, etc.).

- Damages resulting from users sharing their account information with third parties

- Closure of users' accounts due to violation of game rules
- Viruses, malware, or cyber attacks
Note: Vante Store is not responsible for any account closure or penalty arising from the use of products in the game. It is recommended that you read the game rules before using the products.
8. Account Termination
Vante Store reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts in the following cases:
- Violation of the Terms of Service
- Fraud or attempted fraud
- Resale of products
- Money laundering or illegal activities
- Harming or harassing other users
When your account is terminated, your access to purchased products will also be terminated and no refunds will be made.
9. Changes to Terms
Vante Store reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the website.
- In case of significant changes, users will be notified via email or site notification.
- Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
